Meet Stacey Lamar
Dr. Lamar wears many hats, like most.
A proud mother of three sons, wife, nurse, entrepreneur, author, and spiritual mentor devoted to supporting victims on their healing journey. A lifelong resident of the Hudson Valley, New York she remains where she feels most rooted with the seasons and the community. ​

A licensed nurse practitioner, Dr. Lamar opened Sadie's Place NY, LLC and The Source NY in 2017. Each business in alignment with her nursing and spiritual values and devoted to her dynamic mission and purpose.

Dr. Lamar mentors individuals on their spiritual journey and fitting to their personal paradigm. She credits her personal healing and joy to the spiritual modalities she offers and especially honors #metoo victims for their courage to speak up.

The first social model day service for adults over age 50 in the Town of Poughkeepsie. This nurse owned business opened in Dec. 2017. Serving families that need respite and providing evidenced based safe and compassionate care.
Wellness Center
It is at The Source NY where the complementary healing modalities are offered by Dr. Lamar. The studio is an energetic portal where many feel safe to release old wounds and begin a journey of self mastery.
